Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Honolulu

1. Effective as of April 6, 2020, all visa applicants must submit a “Health Condition Report Form”(Enclosed) together with visa applications.

2. Please note that it will take a minimum of 14 days to process the visa application.

3. Visa applicants may be required to do an in-person or a phone interview.

   ※ Failure to provide a complete “Health Condition Report” will result in denial of the visa application.
